These types of flowing screed do not incorporate cement, are delivered pre mixed in cement lorries, discharged directly into a self-level screed pump and often used to improve on speed of application. Flowing screed can often be laid at reduced overall thickness 30-45mm to minimise the screed depth and are ideally suited to be laid where floors incorporate underfloor heating.

Flowing screeds are often used in residential projects where areas as large as 1500m2 can be laid within one day subject to availability of material deliveries.

These screeds can achieve strengths of up to 40N/mm2 and due to the composite make up of the material it virtually eliminates shrinkage and curling unlike traditional floor screeds.
